What are the payment methods?
We do accept CASH and CARD, A Non-refundable deposit may be taken to confirm booking at Scovia Guest House. We also allow payment transfer but on IMMEDIATE PAYMENTS ONLY.
What is your check-in & Check-out time?
Our check-in time starts from 5pm & Our check-out time is 9h00 for our Night Guests.
But we also have Day rest of full day for our Travelers Guests & those who want to rest for few hours.
Is your Guest House clean?
Scovia Guest House is clean, we are using white bedsheets, white pillow cases and white Towels, feel free to come and witness.
What in-room amenities are available?
Each room has a private entrance, Bar fridge, bath towels are provided, En-suite toilet and shower TV with DSTV Hotel-suite channels. In winter our rooms have quality blankets to ensure that you sleep tight.
Can I smoke in the establishment?
No, Our Guest House is a 100% non-smoking establishment. We want to offer our customers a healthy environment. As per the latest anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited within a 9-meter radius of every door and window of the establishment. Failing to cooperate will result in a severe fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the inside our rooms. Thank you for your cooperation
Are the rooms serviced daily?
Yes, all rooms are always serviced. For long-stay guests who will be staying in the rooms all day, you will be required to advise when rooms can be serviced to ensure that you stay comfortable at Scovia Guest House.
